WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Things come up & we understand therefore, if you must cancel, please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled display for a full refund. If less than 48 hours a cancellation fee of $25 will be charge & the remaining balance credited. Otherwise, you can use the payment towards a future event!

This is Florida and Mother Nature can be unpredictable so if we are unable to set up your celebration display due to severe weather; you will receive a full refund.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT VOUCHERS?

Absolutely! Pass celebration excitement forward! Contact us to discuss obtaining a gift voucher.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Payment can be made on line using debit, credit or PayPal. Venmo can be utilized with TheCelebrateEverything@gmail.com email. Cash can only be accepted if prior arrangements have been made. No checks are accepted.

Rental Policies

When scheduling your celebration display, we will need submission of exact spellings and an estimated location on your yard if you have a preference or need the display not to interfere with your scheduled celebration. Otherwise, we will use our expertise in evaluating your property for optimal space and visibility.
Safety first! For safety reasons, please do not allow anyone to be active near or play around the celebration display. We just want to keep everyone safe and prevent damage to the signs. Photo ops with the display are encouraged!
The Celebrate Everything Co.is not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the setup or removal of any rental.
The renter agrees to use all reasonable efforts to protect signage while on requested property and to notify The Celebrate Everything Co. of any theft, abuse or damages.
The renter agrees to avoid mowing and weed whacking around the signs while in their yard, including notification to their yard service companies. Any damages will results in charges for compensation of signs needing replaced.
We ask that our signs are not moved, picked up or disturbed for the safety for others and our signs. If you need a display moved or taken away early, please contact us so we can come get them.
Our staff will come out to set up the display at an agreed upon time based on your celebrated event. Depending on the rental length, we will remove the display either 24-48 hours later.
